Smith & Eulo
Microsoft 365 · Lead intake · Custom CRM

The problem
Smith & Eulo is a Florida criminal defense firm with 12 offices across the state. They are Onrush’s largest client, and Onrush is their IT provider. The attorneys were practicing law, and the firm had no intake system.
From the first call through the contract, and later contact with a paralegal or attorney, the firm coordinated the work in one group chat. Onrush split that into separate channels for potential clients, new clients, and existing clients. Receptionists and call center operators got forms. New leads went to a kanban board for the sales team. Phone messages from existing clients went to the attorney team. That version used SharePoint, Power Automate, Planner, and Teams, already included with their Microsoft 365, and it was working within a month.
Once the firm could see the data, they commissioned a custom CRM with reporting. Intake, a pipeline, reporting with export, and a secured API are in production.
What was delivered
- Forms for receptionists and call center operators.
- Separate routes for potential clients, new clients, and existing clients.
- A kanban board for new leads, and client phone messages routed to the attorney team.
- SharePoint, Power Automate, Planner, and Teams, in place within a month.
- A custom CRM with reporting, export, and a secured API, added after that data was in use.
What you can check
The Microsoft 365 routing was in place within a month and stayed in use. The custom CRM and reporting are in production for the firm’s team.
