Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026. This policy explains how Onrush Services (“Onrush,” “we,” or “us”) handles information submitted through onrushservices.com. It applies to this website and its contact and call-scheduling forms. It does not replace the agreements that may apply to a client project.

Information you submit

The forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, service interest, message, and the time you would like to talk. The longer contact form may also collect your current website, platform or host, and timing. Please do not submit passwords, access codes, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

How a submission is handled

When you submit a form, the information is sent to Onrush’s lead system so we can save, review, and respond to the request. If that system is unavailable or returns a server error, the same information may be sent through EmailJS to Onrush’s notification email as a backup. These providers process the information on our behalf. A submission rejected during validation is not sent through the backup email path. Automated spam submissions are discarded.

We use submitted information to respond to you, schedule a conversation, understand the work you are considering, prepare a scope or estimate, provide services if you proceed, maintain business records, and protect the website and our systems. We do not sell or rent contact-form submissions or use them to build a list for sale.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the site. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, referrer, and cookie-based or similar identifiers. Google’s Privacy Policy explains how Google handles information in its services.

The site does not send your name, email address, phone number, or message to Google Analytics. It records limited events about accepted inquiries and contact-link clicks, using only non-identifying categories such as the service selected, delivery path, or contact method. This site does not currently display an analytics consent banner. You can limit or remove cookies through your browser settings.

Retention, sharing, and requests

Onrush keeps submissions and related email records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or provide services, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Provider backups and retention periods may vary. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate this website and lead process, or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse.

To ask what information we have about a submission, request a correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, contact [email protected]. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period, subject to records we must retain.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
