Can you work on my current website or software?
Yes. Onrush builds new websites and software, and also repairs, maintains, and improves existing websites, software, and integrations. You can keep the platform and hosting you already use. An assessment tells us what can be changed and what the work will take. A rebuild or a hosting move is not required.
Is a customer database or reporting included?
A customer database, automated reporting, and integrations are included only when the written scope names them. They do not automatically apply to a site or platform Onrush did not build. If you want inquiry tracking or reporting, it is scoped for the tools you actually use.
Can you change software someone else built?
Often, yes, after we can see the code or the admin tools and understand the limits. If access or the platform makes a change unsafe, we will say so before quoting the work.
